Sun West Outdoor Kitchens provides outdoor kitchen design and construction, fire pit installation, outdoor fireplace installation, BBQ island construction, and related services in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. We are a licensed Nevada contractor (Lic. #0095511) with a monetary limit of $50,000.
Our online shop offers grilling equipment and related products. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices for construction and installation services are provided as quotes and are subject to project scope, materials, and site conditions.
Payment for online purchases is due at the time of order. For construction projects, payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Product orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times vary by product and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.
All construction and installation services are governed by a separate project contract signed by both parties. Work is performed in compliance with applicable Nevada building codes and regulations. Any changes to the agreed project scope must be documented in writing.
Sun West Outdoor Kitchens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
