At Sun West Outdoor Kitchens, we want your order to arrive quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
We offer free shipping on all product orders shipped within the contiguous United States. No minimum order required. Shipping charges, if any, will always be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery time is within 10 business days to your destination. Total time from order placement to delivery is typically 10–12 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, and circumstances outside our control such as weather delays or high shipping volume periods.
Products are shipped directly from our suppliers to your delivery address. This allows us to get your order to you as efficiently as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories at this time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly with the carrier. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier and supplier to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate.
