At Sun West Outdoor Kitchens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please include your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address once your request is approved.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process. Custom or special-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Refund and cancellation terms for outdoor kitchen construction, fire pit, and fireplace installation services are governed by your individual project contract. Please refer to your signed agreement or contact us directly for details.
